Brother Paul is the founder and Pastor of Literal Life Ministries. He began the ministry as small church services and Bible studies on the east side of Toledo, Ohio over twenty years ago. He has traveled in over twenty-five countries and five continents; preaching, teaching, and singing in conventions and youth camps. His inspired songs have also blessed thousands around the world. Brother Paul also helped found the Winter Youth Retreat, a special four day training and teaching camp for youth ages 16 and up. The WYR has inspired hundreds of young people for the past twenty years. Sister Rebekah has faithfully sang and served beside Brother Paul as well. She is an excellent homeschool mom and has assisted in the accounting work of the ministries. They have four children and pray they will be filled with God's Spirit and serve the Lord. Paul and Rebekah have a consistent passion and burden for God and His people.

Brother Richard and his family came to Literal Life in 2001 and began to heed a call in his life to start preaching in 2003. His teaching ministry has been a great help and strength to the local fellowship of believers. Richard and Christine have also helped with many of the extra events including youth meetings at their home. They have a farm with their three children in Palmyra, Michigan to fulfil their love for horses and other animals. Richard is a developer analyst for Maritz Research Company. God has brought them both through many trials to offer an understanding heart to those going through the same thing.

Brother Mark and his family came to Literal Life in 1998. Sister Esther is a homeschool mom and Mark works for Delta Airlines. Besides doing a great job in leading the people into worship for the services, Mark is a great deacon and father. He believes "laughter doeth good like a medicine" with all his heart. Mark and Esther are great parents of their four children and love to have people over. They also believe strongly in always drawing their circle bigger instead of excluding anyone.

Brother Daryl and his family started coming to Literal Life in 1996. He is CFO and Controller of the US division of Kunststoff-Technik Sherer and Trier. With his experience in this field, he has provided advice and an example to other men in the church. He is faithful in his position as deacon and serves the local body well. Sister Nicole fills the church with the sweet sounds of the flute. She has also proved to manifest great faith in personal trials including her son being diagnosed with autism. Daryl and Nicole are wonderful parents of three boys.

Brother John and Sister Heather relocated from Lima to Literal Life in 2003. They and their four children have served the Lord in many areas within the local Body. Heather is a great home school mom and pours her full attention into her husband and kids. John serves in the office of Deacon and plays bass guitar for the church. Besides his regular work as a Controller for Dave White Chevrolet, he serves as Co-Director for the Winter Youth Retreat. He does a great job of making things run smoothly for the Retreat and certainly makes every penny count.
